    The National Budget Speech will take place on Wednesday 25 February 2015 at 14:00. Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene will present this year's National Budget to Parliament.Tax changes, guided by the recommendations of the Davis Tax Committee are likely to take center stage this year.
